 What if I do not live full time in Portugal?
There are several options: a) You make an arrangement with the potential buyer that you meet on a specific day at the property. b) You nominate somebody that you know and trust to hold the key and take instructions from you regarding such visits – all visits should, of course, be accompanied. c) You can e-mail us and we will put you in touch with our nominated agent who will make the necessary viewing arrangements, given seven days’ notice.

What if I don't want to disclose my identity on the internet?
You have two options:
a) The interested buyer will fill in a direct contact form, which will send an email direct to your account but your personal e-mail address will not be visible on screen. Telephone numbers for direct contact are optional.
b) You can use the services of our nominated property management agent. For a commission of 1% of the sales price, they will handle all enquiries and viewings for you.
