PrivatePropertyPortugal.com and its supporting systems and facilities are the sole property of Portugal Property Group. |

Use of the site is intended to be for private individuals only, to advertise property in order to sell that property to others. The site is not intended to be used by real estate agents. |

The Vendor is informed of a Buyer’s interest in their property direct by e-mail sent via a form filled in by the interested party on the website. The Vendor may then contact the interested Buyer directly. |

The Vendor’s personal details are at no point revealed to any third party by PrivatePropertyPortugal.com, unless the Vendor has opted for display of personal telephone contacts. |

A Vendor pays for the advertising services of PrivatePropertyPortugal.com by bank transfer within seven days of uploading the property information on the World Wide Web. |

PrivatePropertyPortugal.com guarantees the advertising space for the exposure of the property for a minimum of 12 months. |

All Property details shown on the web page remain the property of the Vendor. PrivatePropertyPortugal.com reserves the right to modify the size/quality of pictures if necessary, as well as text supplied by the Vendor in order to keep a uniformed, professional display. |

PrivatePropertyPortugal.com reserves the right to refuse advertising of properties which do not fit into the overall quality of the advertising services provided by PrivatePropertyPortugal.com |

Cancellation - No refund of the annual advertising fee is given in the event the Vendor has sold his property prior to the expiration of the 12 months advertising period. |

PrivatePropertyPortugal.com specifically disclaim all and any liability to website users for any kind of loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause. Whilst every care will been taken in marketing & publication. Vendors should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of those descriptions published on the PrivatePropertyPortugal.com website and both, vendors and buyers should always seek professional advice when proceeding to negotiate a purchase. In no event do we accept liability of any description including liability for negligence for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of this website, or its contents.
